Southern Tuscany Villa

The Southern Tuscany Villa has a lovely country atmosphere and is furnished in traditional Tuscan style whilst modern comforts such as air conditioning have been added. The villa opens onto a large covered terrace, ideal for dining al fresco, and in the gardens there is a pretty private swimming pool surrounded by grass terraces and shaded by trees.

Spacious and comfortable, the villa, which is on two floors retains many of its original features such as beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed stone walls. On the ground floor is a large living room with sitting area with settees, armchairs, fireplace and satellite television, dining area with table and chairs and an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen area. Both the living and kitchen areas have patio doors opening onto a large covered terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for dining outside. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room (equipped for disabled persons), and a washroom with basin and w/c.

Steps lead from the living room to the first floor of the villa, where there are four more pretty bedrooms, and four shower rooms, three of which are ensuite. The first floor is also accessible from the exterior via a staircase at the side of the house, below which there is a little terrace.

In a secluded position in the grounds is a private swimming pool ( 9m x 4.5m) surrounded by grass terraces and trees and with pretty views of the countryside, and there is a barbecue in the garden for guests use.

Southern Tuscany Villa is fully enclosed and there is parking within the grounds.

Just 1.5km from the villa is the charming medieval village of Lucignano, which is a joy to explore in itself and has a selection of shops and restaurants. Within easy driving distance are many other jewels of Tuscany.
