The red apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible from the main entrance of the building along a walkway which has approximately 20 steps.
You will be able to park your car below the building in a private, allocated parking space. We recommend only using a mid-size car.
The red apartment has modern and welcoming furnishings. In the living/dining room there is a sofa bed which can sleep one adult or two children, a dining table, six chairs, a TV and open plan kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests. Next to the kitchen, there is a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine.
From the living/dining room, you can access the master bedroom which has a balcony where you will enjoy a characteristic view of the mountains of Faito. Next to the master bedroom, there is a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, bidet and a fully enclosed shower.
From living/dining area, there is a staircase leading to the mezzanine level where you will find the second double bedroom.
