THE PROPERTY:

Villa Azzurra develops on three levels.

GROUND FLOOR: spacious dining room with a table for 20 guests; living room with fireplace, TV area with high-tech television, Bose Dock station, satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, dishwasher, large oven, fridge as well as cooking area complete with dishes, glasses cutlery and cookware; bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR: access to this floor is through 12 wooden steps. 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (two bathrooms have shower; one bathroom has Chroma therapy whirlpool bathtub). There is a minibar in every bedroom.

A lounge area with sofa; panoramic terrace with magnificent views of the bay Marina del Cantone with infinity whirlpool bath (4×3.80 m., depth. 70 cm.)

SECOND FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and shower; one bedroom has access to the panoramic terrace with sea views.

Villa Azzurra offers spacious outdoor areas with terraces, swimming pool (12×8 m.), BBQ area and an heated 6 people whirlpool bath situated in the basement of the villa.

There are two parking spaces.

INCLUDED IN THE RATES:

Two cleaning ladies from 08:00am to 2:00pm every day with linen change every day. Air conditioned;
