Villa Brina

The villa was designed by the architect Eugenio Galdieri in the ’50s. The building was later acquired by a new owner and it was renovated in 2012 preserving its original character and modern style.
Today Villa Brina is a luxurious modern villa situated a few kilometers from the center of Sorrento with a charming and panoramic view.
Located in a quiet area, surrounded by a 14.000 square metre green oasis.

All the bedrooms have private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, TV, Wi-Fi connection, safe and every kind of comfort.

Villa Brina develops on three floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living area-dining room with satellite Tv, a fireplace, a corner bar, a large kitchen, an office room and a toilette, while outside there is a pergola with tables, chairs and a wooden oven where you can prepare the typical Neapolitan pizza!

On the first floor there are 5 of the 6 bedrooms and a beautiful terrace, which, besides offering a breathtaking view, has a minipool with hydromassage for those who love to relax.
The terrace connects also the villa to a fully equipped gym with sauna.

On the second floor there is another bedroom with a terrace at exclusive use, a service room, a laundry and a service terrace.

On the lower terrace there is a swimming pool with indoor whirlpool, a large solarium with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, an outdoor shower and a dressing room with a small bathroom.
