The interior is very elegant and very well furnished: air conditioning, a large, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ovens, telephone, wi-fi internet connection, satellite TV and minibar in the rooms, safe box, lift to the upper floors.

The external area is over 22,000 sqm., beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool (8x12m) with hydro massage, sunbathing area and view of the sea, a tennis court, parking area and a large area perfect for landing a helicopter.

On the ground floor: elegant living area, elegantly furnished and decorated in classical style with a fireplace; dining tables with access to the garden. Next to the living room are two large well equipped kitchens, with a wood burning pizza oven, a large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
On this floor, there are also four bathrooms and a laundry with washing machine that be used only in the morning from 8.00 to 12.00 am when the staff is on the villa.
