Villa Flora

The outdoor areas of the estate are well cared for lawns and areas for relaxation. The entrance to the villa opens onto a large park with a beautiful swimming pool (8m x 16m) surrounded by a sun terrace and lawns with a gazebo for relaxing in the shade.

From the street a short driveway leads to the beautiful property. Villa Flora is on one level, it has been renovated and tastefully furnished in classic Tuscan style. You enter the villa through a classical staircase with two flights of 12 steps. After the entrance, on the right, going up a step, there is a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and yet another double bedroom with four-poster bed and en suite bathroom with bath. Going up 4 steps, it leads to two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom with shower. Adjacent to these rooms, there are two bathrooms with shower.

After the entrance, turning left, leads to two spacious living rooms, one with sofa, table and chairs and the other with a sofa, armchairs, dining table and fireplace, where you can relax. On the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and an elegant dining room with table and chairs, which opens onto the beautiful and large balcony equipped with chairs, table for eating al fresco, while enjoying a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside.

Villa Flora is located in the Tuscan countryside, in the splendid Mugello Valley, about 4 km from Vicchio, birthplace of two famous Italian painters Giotto and Beato Angelico. It is just 35 km from Florence and is a good base for exploring this area of Tuscany. The famous area of Chianti Fiorentino is easily accessible as well as the Nature Reserve of Casentino.
