Villa Franca

The nearest village is Sant’Agata sui due Golfi (5 minutes’ drive), where in the very hot summer it’s easy to find some refreshment and where you can find anything you need such as: supermarket, pubs and restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks, etc.

This beautiful property spreads over a huge expanse of land immersed in the nature, where you will have the opportunity of enjoying the green and an amazing view of the sea and of Li Galli islets.

This corner of Paradise is the perfect shelter for a relaxing vacation, ideal for large groups of friends or families. This place is characterized by a rustic style, typical of a farmhouse, furthermore, here a wide range of local products are cultivated by the owners (salad, tomatoes, eggplants, etc.) and there is also a factory where are produced different kind of marmalades, tomato sauce, the famous limoncello liquor and other delicacies. If you wish, you will also have the chance to taste all these products; in fact, you can require to be served breakfast, lunch or dinner, since there is also an internal catering service available (on request at extra cost).

Villa Franca can accommodate up to 27 people and upon request even other 4 single beds can be added at extra cost.

Furthermore, there are other buildings a bit detached from the main complex but within the huge property that can accommodate other 9 persons in 3 suites + other 4 persons in 2 standard room for a total of 44 guests (Price for extra rooms on request)

Villa Franca consists of:

Villa 1, which is composed by 6 double rooms (two of them with terrace) and two single rooms, where can sleep up to 14 people. All the rooms have en suite bathrooms. In this building there is also a living room, with wet bar.

Villa 2, where are located 1 master bedroom (with en suite bathroom), where can sleep 3 people and three further double deluxe bedrooms, for a total of 9 sleeps.

Villa 3, near the villa 1 at the beginning of the property, composed by two suites, where can sleep up to 6 people.
