Gorgeous Self Catering Villa, recently restructured and equipped with every comfort, this property has a breath-taking view over the gulf of Naples and the island of Capri, Ischia and Procida.

The villa is immersed in a vast park that allows its guests to have a relaxing vacation in one of the most enchanting locations in Italy. The pastel coloured exteriors and the interiors are perfectly combined with furnishings and the famous “Vietri” ceramics to finishes off this marvellous property.

The villa is furnished with the most modern of comforts: indoor hydro-massage tub, chromo-therapy shower, Turkish bath (steam room), and set into the sun deck of the terrace, a private swimming-pool (6m x 7m) from which you can enjoy the enchanting panorama at 180°.

The villa is divided on two floors. The main entrance is situated in front of the sea and accesses directly into the spacious living room with French doors, furnished with fireplace, and satellite LCD TV.

On the left hand side of the main entrance there is the dining room, the kitchen equipped with all the modern electrical appliances and a storeroom.

Through the living room, one can access the spa area, which is equipped with Turkish bath, small hydro massageswimming pool, shower with chromo-therapy and a service bathroom.

There is an internal staircase that leads to the second floor. On this floor there are three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom each with an internal bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an external bathroom. One of the bedrooms is suitable for the disabled.

Villa Majolica with 400square meters of panoramic terrace is completely immersed in a beautiful park of 6000 square meters.

The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an icemaker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower.

The view of the gulf of Naples is an exclusive privilege for Villa Le Tore guests, on the hills of Sorrento, near Capri, Ischia, Positano and Amalfi, the gems of the Tyrrhenian sea.

An ideal home base for trips to Vesuvius, Pompeii and the city of Naples, all within a one-hour car ride.
