Villa Marina, recently renovated, and is comprised of 3 floors accessible by either the stairway or lift., and a large terrace which overlooks the magnificent Bay of Naples.

This level of the villa includes a spacious lounge area complete with a fireplace and spacious terrace with sea views over the Gulf of Naples and the island and Capri.
Also on the same level , there is a double room (an extra bed can be placed) with sea view and a private bathroom
Lower Level:
Going down one level by private lift or stairway there is a floor which comprises of 3 bedrooms (an extra bed can be placed in 2) with terrace and sea view.
All of the rooms are furnished in traditional warm colors and bright ceramic floor tiles.
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and there are other two bathrooms located on this floor.
Ground Level:
On the ground level, which can be reached by private lift or stairway you will find a large living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen, bathroom and direct access to a terrace with sun loungers and barbeque and wood burning oven. From here there is access to a private garden with a swimming pool and sunbathing area.
Other Amenities:
parking space outside of the villa – The parking space at the villa is small and is not suitable for minivans.
Located at 100 mts from the villa there is beach were you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and has to be reserved and paid directly on the spot.
