This two-stories house forms part of a nineteenth century villa, completely renovated and with access from its own private gate.  Villa Mediterraneanea boasts excellent good taste interiors and decors and has many special features: air-conditioning in all the rooms, washing-machine, barbecue, satellite-TV, microwave oven, stereo with CD player with cable radio.

On the ground Floor you will find a living-room with access to the panoramic terrace, a small kitchen, 1 double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower. In the first floor, there are: 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace.
