Villa Monti is a delightful property spread out on three separate levels with all modern comforts. It is elegantly furnished in a homely country style and boasts lovely beamed ceilings.

A graceful staircase (17 steps) leads up to the upper level or loft, which consists of two charming double bedrooms with lovely wooden parquet floors and sloping beamed ceilings each with an ensuite modern bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms also has a double sofa bed (which can accommodate an extra 2 persons). Going down the staircase past the middle floor, down (9 steps) to the lower floor, there is an attractive studio apartment which consists in a large luminous open plan room with a settee, a long dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The studio apartment is doted with glass patio doors all round making the room beautifully bright opening out onto a fabulous large spacious terrace equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs, ideal for dining al fresco or just relaxing in the sun.

Villa Monti is surrounded by its own extensive grounds with lawns, fruit trees and olive groves. There are plenty of quiet corners for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity and beautiful views.

It has its own private deck level salt water swimming pool (10m x 5m) with heated external hydro-massage tub in a wonderful panoramic position near to the house, framed by beautiful green lawns ideal for taking a dip. The comfortable sunbeds around the pool are lovely for relaxing in whilst soaking up the hot sun and the pretty pergola by the side of the pool equipped with table and chairs is perfect for enjoying sitting under. It also has a delightful small lake with fish nearby just outside the grounds and a spacious car park.
