Villa Pozzo

Located on the hill area of the Sorrento coast, this apartment is attractive and elegant furnished with a classic style of the Southern Italy. It offers a patio 60 square metres large, part of which is shaded by a pergola formed of scented beautiful flowers.

The living area is composed of two dining rooms both paved with antique cotto tiles. One offers a fire place, four armchairs, satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. The second sitting room had got attractive furnishes and a sofa bed. Both areas lead out to the patio and the dining room as well.

The dining room is in elegant, classic style with many antique pieces and a table seating eight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with five gas rings, electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

Every room of the living area has got access to the patio, where you will enjoy beautiful sea views.

Villa Pozzo has got three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom comprises three areas connected to each other: a sleeping area on a mezzanine (at a height of 1.9 metres) a sittingroom and a bathroom. In this room you will find a small double bed and an extra single bed available only when requested in advance. The bedroom leads out onto a patio, with a view of the garden.

The en suite bathroom offers a wash basin, toilet and enclosed shower.

A second bedroom is pleasantly furnished, there is a French window that leads out onto a patio with a nice view of the sea. Here you will find a double bed. A third bedroom offers a double bed and leads out onto the patio as well.

A bathroom features washbasin, toilet and bath tub with shower head.

Another bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, enclosed shower and hairdryer.

From the terrace you have access to the laundry room where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal.
