Villa Serena

The success of the project of recovering Villa Serena is the result of a careful recovery work aimed at recreating an exterior that from a distance did not seem dissimilar to the original ruin. The villa has many outdoor patio spaces, realx and for enjoying the cool and beautiful views for lunch and dinner. The pool is long and thin in the shape of an ornamental lake and great for a serious exercise.

Villa Serena offers in addition to an exclusive accommodation for your stay in Tuscany. In addition to cleaning and linen change every Saturday, the owners are always at your disposal to organize everything you want and will provide you with a complete guide on various famous sites and wine, cheese tasting and dining.

Ground floor: Open-plan dining/kitchen area, in front a big patio 30mq for al fresco dinner with a spectacular view.
Kitchen includes gas hob, electric oven, filter coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher .
Spiral staircase leads to additional seating area above kitchen.
Steps from the kitchen to a sitting area with fireplace and pool table.
Double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath outside of the bedroom.
From the pool table room Steps down from the sitting room to a double bedroom (can be twin) with en-suite shower room.
Steps from main kitchen to an outdoor covered veranda leading to a large sitting room with fireplace.
Separate kitchen includes electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double shower 150×80.
This two last bedroom can be accessed from inside and the outside.
