Villa Torre

This tower stands sentinel above a sheer drop down to the sea in the nature reserve in the Maremma about 7 km from the village of Talamone and 3 km from Fonteblanda, where you will find all the services you might need.

At the foot of the tower they have made two terraces; in the first terrace they have placed a 6×4 m swimming-pool, which has a beautiful view, and in the second, surrounded by vegetation, they have created a belvedere for enjoying the view, with sofas and chairs for taking the sun.

Villa Torre is on two floors: on the top floor you will find the large salon with extensive panoramic windows, and direct access to the terrace that dominates the bay.

The furnishings are sober and very refined, in tune with the ancient Spanish structure, built to stem the incursions by the Saracens. It is equipped with all the best creature comforts, such as satellite-TV, stereo with CD player, telephone with internet access. From the villa you can take many interesting trips both into the Maremma with its villages and landscapes that have hardly changed, or to the more famous bathing resorts. Porto Santo Stefano is about 15 km away.

Small dining room with table and chairs and fireplace; 1 double bedroom (on request the double bed can be converted into two singles) with air conditioning and ceiling fans, bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fans, private bathroom with bathtub/ shower (on request the double bed can be converted into two singles); kitchen with hob (6 burners), oven, refrigerator /freezer, dishwasher; laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier; 1 downstairs bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR:
Living room with dining table and chairs, sofas, armchairs, fireplace, Sky television and DVD player; kitchenette with 2 burners and refrigerator; panoramic terrace overlooking the sea with view from the Argentario promontory to Talamone.

TOWER:
1 double bedroom with fireplace, changing room and private bathroom with shower.

ANNEX:
2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower; living room

Air conditioning throughout the annex.

General services:

Air conditioning in all the bedrooms except for the bedroom in the tower, ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms of the main villa.
