Warm Villa

The Warm Villa is set in an oasis of untouched nature amidst flowers and century-old trees with beautiful panoramic view over the valley and the hill where there’s the village of Monsummano Alto. Complete peace and privacy.
The restoration was carried forward by the owners who have maintained the original features like terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed beams and have enriched the environment with precious antique pieces combining tradition with modern comfort.

Ground floor: Access through a covered veranda equipped with table and chairs: spacious kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster) with SAT-TV, fireplace and dining area; closet with washing machine; spacious lounge;
Two stairs lead a passage room with access onto the outside; bathroom with shower (small window); one double bedroom with fireplace and access onto the outside.
From the spacious lounge room other two stairs lead to a spacious living room with dining area, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, fireplace and access onto the outside.

Second floor: One twin bedded room; bathroom with whirlpool bathtub (window); one double bedroom; a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool shower , Turkish bath and aromatherapy (window).

Monsummano Alto with all kinds of shops, restaurants and the Grotta Giusti (famous ancient spa resort) 2,5km, Montecatini Terme with shopping centre, train station, banks, restaurants, gas station 5km, Pistoia 14km, Lucca 34km, Florence 54km, Pisa 58km, Viareggio with beaches 68km, Siena 123km, Rome 327km.
