1 Holiday Rental Properties:

Holidays in villa is a professional agent for the owners of the properties advertised on our website. Our company inspected each structure in order to guarantee high standards.

The description and photos of the apartments and villas have been made after our inspection. In case you fins slight differences between our records and what you actually found at the property; it will not constitute a reason for cancellation, refunds or other claims against Holidays in villa.

The minimum letting period is generally one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Our clients are always welcome to specify when they have special requests about the period of the letting and we always do our best to help you.

2 Arrival and Departure

Arrival: Saturday between 4:00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. (in case of a late arrival please contact us in advance to ensure you can meet the key-holder; if not told in advance, the company reclines all responsibility for difficulties caused by this. The reservation must be at least 3 days before your arrival).

Departure: Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.. Please be advised that upon arrival you will be asked to show the rental voucher and the passport of each traveller.

The rental voucher is intended valid only for the number of people that booked the structure. (If you wish to organise parties, weddings or other celebrations involving more people, you must communicate this information in advance before your arrival).

Domestic animals are welcomed only in certain structures; so if you intend to carry them with you, let us know at the moment of the request and we will help you to find the ideal structure for you.

3 Swimming pool

All properties with swimming pool have an opening date and a closing date for it that, may change depending on the weather conditions. The water of the swimming pools is treated with chemical agents and the guests may not request that the treatment is not performed at any time.

Guests with allergies to the chemicals are required not to use the swimming pool.

The owner or his representative have free access to the property when necessary for essential maintenance purposes (garden, swimming pool, etc..).

4 Payment

Payment of the rental price: your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from holidays in villa. A deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance has to be payed 30 days before the day of your arrival.

Security Deposit: the tenant is obliged to pay the security deposit in cash upon arrival as indicated in the rental voucher, otherwise the key holder is entitled to refuse entry. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay when damages are not made on the property. Clients are required to give a photocopy of their passport to the local manager when they arrive at the property.

5 Cancellation

In case of cancellation the deposit is never refunded.
